Eric LUKE is a traditionally trained Western artist specializing in realism and the human figure. He honed his skills under the mentorship of esteemed artists Kaming Chu, known for his expertise in landscape painting, and Zhaoming Wu , an internationally acclaimed master of expressive figurative painting. Eric’s oil paintings and figure drawings stand out for their meticulous detail, evocative brushwork, and profound anatomical understanding, capturing both the physicality and emotion of his subjects. Beyond his artistic practice, Eric is a committed educator, teaching figure drawing and anatomy at CUSCS, CUHK and developing innovative art-tech educational programs for gifted students. His work combines traditional artistry with modern educational techniques, inspiring both students and global audiences.
